Organic Wheat Berries
Our wheat is grown on land that has been farmed by the same family dating back to the Oklahoma Land Run of 1893. It is a guarantee that we only sell the best quality of Organic, glyphosate-free, and non-GMO wheat berries you can find. Here at 4 Generations Organic, we offer a few different varieties of whole wheat berries, mostly hard red winter, and one hard white winter wheat variety. This premium, estate-grown wheat comes from our very own farm here in Northwest Oklahoma!
Organic Flour
Butler’s Gold “00” Flour
The “00” flour is where they sift out 45% of the total weight of the grain, mostly in the form of bran, from whole wheat flour. This produces the whitest, lightest flour, which can be desirable when making things like pasta, pizza, or baked goods.
Butler’s Gold Whole Wheat Flour
The whole wheat flour is a whole grain flour. Nothing added, nothing removed. No bran is sifted out; 100% whole grain.
