4 Generations Organic does not typically take returned items, as they are no use to us.
If you have a problem with our product, you have 90 calendar days to request a replacement item from the date you receive it.
If you do not want a replacement item, we will give you your money back with reason for refund.
Shipping
If you have requested a replacement product within the 90-day period, shipping the new product will be at no cost of the purchaser.
4 Generations Organic Farms will pay for the shipping and the new product.
